To register for a listing in the capabilities directory you must be an insurance carrier or software vendor.
Each company should register only once but multiple contacts can and should register to maintain your information.

Check to see if your company is already listed:

If your company is already registered, your ability to access the site will be authorized by the main contact we have listed for your company. If there is a problem with this method, please contact acttech@artizan.com.
If your company is not registered on our site, enter your complete information below and we will contact you via email with your access information.
